What is the cost to enter?
The sponsorship is $1,000 for first team, $750 for second team and $500 for third team with all proceeds going to charity. We understand that some companies require donations of $1,000 or more to be approved at the corporate (instead of local) level. In that case, the entry fee is $999.

SPONSOR INFORMATION - Fairhope Sunset Rotary Charities is a 501 (3)(c) non profit organization. We welcome all area businesses and individuals who wish to sponsor our charitable events.
What is the prize?
Charities selected by each team must be registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) entity. Fairhope Sunset Rotary reserves the right to request the selection of an alternate charity. $10,000 will be donated to each charity sponsored by the winning company. The winning charities must submit a W-9 to the Fairhope Sunset Rotary in order to receive the award. If less than 13 teams enter, we will be awarding a proportional amount (minus event costs).

Participation in this event constitutes contest participants’ full and unconditional agreement to these rules and Fairhope Sunset Rotary’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

Where is my donation going?
The first $10,000 donated (after event expenses) will be going to the winner’s charity; the remainder raised will be for Fairhope Sunset Rotary Club Charity, Inc (a 501c3 non-profit), which benefits local education projects.

What does my company get for its sponsorship?
Apart from a tax-deductible sponsorship of our event, companies receive:
• Brand exposure through promotion of the event on our website and social media.
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on social media and press release.
• A branded team table at the event providing the ability to network with other industry leaders.

What type of trivia questions will be asked?
Questions will be spread over a broad range of topics including: Math & Science, Art, Current Events, History, Literature, Geography, Pop Culture, and Sports

How many people per team? Is there an age limit?
Teams must have 2 to 6 players. Any age can play.

Will my company look bad if we come in last place?
No one will know! Only the scores of the top five teams at the end of each round will be displayed to the audience.

Do the team players have to be an employee or otherwise related to the company or organization sponsoring?
No. A company can sponsor team members at will.

May I attend, even if I am not participating on a team?
Yes! Spectators are welcome to come and cheer on the teams.
